When will I get my badge or ticket?

Registrants should have received their badge info by email when they initially registered. They should search their emails for “Fleet & Mobility Live”. They will also be sent a reminder email on Monday morning with their badge information before the event, however if they have any concerns or can’t find their badge, they should contact events@fleetandmobilitylive.com.

How do I get to the event?

Can I print my ticket at home?

All attendees are required to print badges at event. Contactless printing facilities are available at registration, please have your barcode from your confirmation email ready.

Will catering be available?

Yes, catering will be available in the café within the event hall and within the NEC’s foyer.

Is there a sit down café inside?

Yes, there is a sit-down café within the event hall.

Can I use cash at the event?

We are a cashless event and ask all attendees to bring a contactless payment method where possible to reduce contact.

Will toilets be available?

Yes, toilets will be available within the event hall and throughout the NEC.

Is there disability access?

The organisers have made their best endeavours to be DDA compliant. We also ask each exhibitor to make their stand DDA compliant when they submit their stand designs. If you have any concerns about accessibility at the event, please contact us.

Is there a disabled car park?

Yes, there is a disabled car park at the NEC.

Can I bring a dog?

No dogs will be prohibited at the event except for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the event.

Can I bring my child?

No, children under the age of 16 are not permitted due to the nature of the event.

Is there free car parking at the event?

No, however the NEC parking policy can be found on the NEC website.
