The NEC in Birmingham will host more than 1,000 fleet decision-makers on October 7 and 8 for this year's Fleet and Mobility Live.

Next week’s exclusive and free-to-attend fleet event from Fleet News will give visitors access to networking opportunities, informative panels, supplier and manufacturer showcases.

Registration for Fleet & Mobility Live 2025 is open with spaces currently available, so sign up for free to enjoy all the benefits of this industry show.

Connect with suppliers and manufacturers

As the largest fleet event in Europe, Fleet and Mobility Live is an ideal space to examine the latest vehicles and solutions from leading suppliers and manufacturers, who will be pleased to engage directly at the show.

A range of fleet suppliers will be exhibiting at Fleet and Mobility Live; such as accident and risk companies such as FMG and Holman, EV charging specialists that include BeEV and Octopus, leasing and contract hire suppliers including Athlon, Ayvens and Grosvenor, and telematics and tracking providers like Samsara and Motive.

A full list of attending suppliers is available.

The show will also feature the highest number of participating vehicle manufacturers in the event's history, with visiting decision-makers free to explore the latest updates from companies including BMW, Chery Farizon, Mazda, MG Motor UK, Stellantis, Tesla, and Xpeng.

A full list of the manufacturers exhibiting at the event is available.

Engage with a full agenda of information and learning sessions

Visitors can benefit from two days of educational panels, discussions and presentations, with fleet experts ready to share their expertise and offer practical guidance across a range of specialised subjects.

The subjects to be explored during the show can be found across focused discussion theatres.

The Fleet Management Theatre will cover such topics as how to best prepare for and manage serious road incidents, electrification and transitioning to electric vehicles (EVs), the uses and benefits of AI in fleet, risk management, and a refresher on the key skills and core principles for a modern fleet manager.

The Strategy and Leadership Theatre will look at establishing a robust EV strategy, how the role of the fleet manager is evolving, the pressures facing fleets, and what is offered by mobility solutions.

The HR, Finance and Procurement Theatre will explore how to launch a successful salary sacrifice scheme, how procurement and fleet can collaborate across supply chain management for better value, total cost of ownership (TCO) and how to keep fleet costs under control.
